The house was extremely nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Only suggestion would be to have at least 1 very large bowl and 1 very large kettle. The house was rated for 32 people and there were plenty of serving and eating utensils, but not anything large enough to actually cook for 32 people. We didn't use the grill or the hot tub because we had another house rented with the grill, hot tub and a swimming pool. That is very helpful feedback for our general manager. We agree it can be frustrating to share the community pool with so many others, but we're anticipating that the water park and lazy river will help spread the guests out once its complete. 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 resort I recommend if you have family coming to stay in St George Utah rent a house a Paradise Village at zion it's amazing new beautiful views kid friendly the pool alone is worth the trip !

First I would rate overall experience as 4.5. This company was great to work with from the beginning to the end. The home we rented was in the Holladay area and it was well equipped with most necessities. We only had some minor issues (hot water was very limited, but then we noticed a switch was not on for the water heater so when we fixed that we were fine & there were minor things around the home that was broken but this did not affect us in any way. We had 20 girls from our volleyball team come and stay in the beautiful rental home. They were completely entertained with the game room, theater room, and pool. We had plenty of space and bathrooms to accommodate 24 people. I would definitely rent this home again and recommend staying here.
We had a really nice 3 night stay in home #1, Canyonlands. The home was lovely, well appointed, and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked, the only thing I could think of that I needed was some plastic wrap or aluminum foil, but that was a small thing that I should have thought to pack. The location is great, very close to Tuacahn and a little removed from the busier city of St. George. I loved the views from the house. I can completely agree with your frustrations regarding the community pool. We work closely with the other property managers and HOA to try and eliminate as much of these problems best we can. We are hopeful that the opening of the waterpark and lazy river will help spread guests out and alleviate some of the heavy usage that creates a cloudy pool.
The air bnb we rented was really amazing! It was even better than the pictures! We needed a House because we had 10 family members staying together for a wedding and this was the best choice we could have made! Because it had a full kitchen, we could eat in instead of eating out, making it much more cost effective! I would totally stay here again!!
