First I would rate overall experience as 4.5. This company was great to work with from the beginning to the end. The home we rented was in the Holladay area and it was well equipped with most necessities. We only had some minor issues (hot water was very limited, but then we noticed a switch was not on for the water heater so when we fixed that we were fine & there were minor things around the home that was broken but this did not affect us in any way. RecommendedWe had 20 girls from our volleyball team come and stay in the beautiful rental home. They were completely entertained with the game room, theater room, and pool. We had plenty of space and bathrooms to accommodate 24 people. I would definitely rent this home again and recommend staying here.
RecommendedWe had a really nice 3 night stay in home #1, Canyonlands. The home was lovely, well appointed, and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked, the only thing I could think of that I needed was some plastic wrap or aluminum foil, but that was a small thing that I should have thought to pack. I can completely agree with your frustrations regarding the community pool. We work closely with the other property managers and HOA to try and eliminate as much of these problems best we can. We are hopeful that the opening of the waterpark and lazy river will help spread guests out and alleviate some of the heavy usage that creates a cloudy pool.
The air bnb we rented was really amazing! It was even better than the pictures! We needed a House because we had 10 family members staying together for a wedding and this was the best choice we could have made! Because it had a full kitchen, we could eat in instead of eating out, making it much more cost effective! I would totally stay here again!!

RecommendedReally spacious home for a great price. Family was comfortable and slept well. Perfect place to unwind after nearby adventures. Awesome showers with abundant hot water. I loved all of the extra pillows. Sitting and eating area perfect for family dinner and movie. Garage space a great bonus. Only issues: there was no foil or plastic wrap as I was used to in other similar style rentals. But kitchen utensils otherwise sufficient.
