Starting with excellent phone conversations, receptionist to a complete and thorough examination by the vet Tech and vet. everybody is very friendly and courteous.
Took my lil 8 week old pup in for her first shots, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Michele was sweet and went over everything in detail, I'm glad I chose this place to get a care plan for my little Sofie.
They have taken great care of my dog Yurei. The staff are thoughtful and the doctors explain things well. I started going here during the pandemic and have felt safe leaving Yurei there.
I only started bringing my fur babies here recently, we’ve had a few visits including a neuter that had to include opening his stomach up because one of his testicles never made it to where it was supposed to go. Since that didn’t take as long as originally thought they took $200 off even though I had agreed to the original price, I was impressed with the integrity of that and also, so impressed with Dr Davis (I never saw her face to face but we have had several phone conversations) because she was so thorough at explaining ... read more
We just moved here from Tennessee and we had checked out a few different vets for our Dobe, Renegade and I’m glad we found Vacaville Animal Care. Highly recommend them, they are super friendly and patient with us as we asked the doctor a million questions lol. Thank you guys!
LOOK NO FURTHER! My first visit to this clinic and it was outstanding. Their PAWS care package is a life saver Prompt, professional and on top of everything. I received no fewer than 3 follow up calls from the vet and their techs. After calling a couple of others in the area for my first visit, I was feeling down as they did not seem to want my business. HIGHLY recommend this clinic!
The compassion of the Vets atleast the one we see!! Even though I have sighed at appointment scheduling they are pretty good compared to other vets offices. We see the small animal doctor and she is there only Vet who sees the little creatures!! Appointments are not to bad considering what's going on around the communities. Highly recommend!!
