I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Love the beautiful facility. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Rehab has gone great. I feel like my mom is in great hands. She seems happy and well taken care of every time I visit.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The rooms are very nice! Much larger than other places and they have an incredible theater room. The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. The admission process was super easy. I would recommend for your loved one’s rehab needs.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My husband is at Valhalla Post Acute at the moment and I have high regard for them. Their rehab staff is excellent. They do great work. They give loving care to the residents, at least they did to my husband, and the nursing staff is responsive and professional. Their physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy were excellent. He's in a private room. It's very spacious. It had a private bath, a roll-in shower, and a very spacious bathroom. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident No place is without areas of possible improvement. ValHalla is like most places - not enough people applying. HOWEVERR, from the greeters - Natalie and Trina - to the RNs (our most frequent ones were Juan & Renecka) CBAs (Necole & Sheba and night time John), Therapists (Jeff, Robin and others whom I have forgotten their nams), to the Admin/Billing staff, the housekeeping and kitchen staff we could not have asked for anything better.

Friend or relative of resident I have had two separate dealings with this nursing home. My mother had had both of her knees replaced and had to stay at a facility where she could be watched and taken care of on a 24 hour basis, as well as complete physical therapy at least once a day. This facility was excellent to my mother and I. They had great food, and even allowed me to have Christmas dinner with my mother, which to my surprise was a first class meal. I am/was a resident of this facility Pieced together is various pieces of old furniture. The only meal halfway edible is breakfast if the use the menu filled out. Once in the room a nurse came in for an eval... and after that someone came in with a cup of meds most of the time had to ask who they were. You could really tell some of them did not really like their job.

I am/was a resident of this facility Rooms are good sized rooms, but only cleaned 2 -3 times a week. The food was fairly good back in January 2025 but have gotten consistently worse. Response time to call lights are 30 minutes or more during day, much longer at night.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I feel like the room is in a far away place. I haven’t had but one staff even begin to smile. No one has made us familiar with the room or facility. No one has checked on my husband at all other than leaving a dinner try and picking it up. The nurse showed up with a cup full of pills. When asked she did read me the names off her computer. Getting a glass of ice water as an act of god. They did bring me a cot, asking me to move the chair.
