I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My husband was there for 6 + weeks. Short staffed so little attention paid to him. There was 1CNA, 1Therapist and an Agency staff person who actually seemed to care about the patient. He had a physical issue that wasn't addressed for the first 2 1/2 weeks he was there. When I asked why the issue wasn't being addressed, the Nurse told me it was because the issue hadn't been reported. That seemed strange to me since it had been going on for so long. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The food is horrible. Does not receive everything on the food tray Margarine or sugar or muffins. etc. TAKES FOREVERY FOR NURSES OF AIDS TO COME TO THE ROOM. The nurses were to empty blood out of tubes and measure liquid and kept tract and nurses did not record.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Mom went to Valhalla Post Acute for about a month. The room was spacious, it was fine but she was never taken to the gym facility, but maybe two times in the whole time she was there. They need to vet their staff better, and they need to hire more staff.

I am/was a resident of this facility Poor food service, Most every meal had something missing. such as margarine, or other item ordered., Aides seem to have a "do not care attitude", and at times almost rude. Getting help involves ringing a bell, then someone comes to room later (up to 20 minutes at times) only to have to them try and help. NO ROOM to NURSE STATION calling system. Way too much time wasted getting help or service!!

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My Mom has been there about 5 weeks. Since she arrived the bed soar on her butt has gotten larger and deeper. She does not get the food on time and there is always something missing from what she orderd. She is not getting the care she needs.
