If I could, I would give 10 stars. Excellent service. Everything was explained properly by Dr Honey O*** and she took time to answer all my queries. The staff were warm and welcoming. Great experience overall. Highly recommended.
Best dentist in New Hartford. I have been Dr. H****** Patient for the last 11 years and have never had any problem. The staff is also very nice and caring. You get appointments even at short notice. Would highly recommend Valley Dental to all! ????????
Went to see her in May. Had to go back, told they would call me with insurance information approval. Took over 6 weeks and I contacted my insurance company -***** ****** ( told had approval from them) Never heard back from Valley Dental and called back again. Made 6 phone calls and left VM to the office. Ended up with an infection in my sinus cavity with drainage, blood and cellulitis. Had go to an ER for it. Staff is nice as they get! All supper friendly and super comforting! The dentist? Terrible! No “bedside manner” AT ALL! Super rude! She is what we would call in medical field a BUTCHER! Ruined one of my teeth you can clearly see when I smile. She said I needed root canal and she would do a crown for me. Ok that was done. Even tho I didn’t like way she treated me I figured everyone has a bad day. I gave her benefit of the doubt! She gets my root canal done and then filled it with BLACK filling!
