I have to say, of all the dentist offices, doctors offices, and ERs that I have gone to, the front desk staff and nurses, as well as the dental staff at Valley Dental have been a great friend to me. I am normally extremely nervous to go to the dentist - exacerbated by my somewhat infrequent need to cancel or reschedule appointments due to work, car issues, anxiety, or what have you - and I have never felt pressured, belittled, or shamed for this.
