Horrible horrible service made me dentures they were awful the color was terrible the quality cheap they didn’t fit my mouth they made my smile look like I was sucking on a lemon they look like baby teeth then on top of this I’ve had the teeth come out they were so poorly made omg help me God !!

The staff are all rude. The provider Dr. Honey Ojha started a root canal on my tooth and did not order the crown with it. She shaved my tooth to my gum line and never ordered the crown through my insurance. She stated to come back and get labs done so they can mold my tooth and order the crown through insurance. They rescheduled my lab appointment four times because of an emergency and the lab closed early. My tooth broke down even more because it didn’t have the crown on. If I could have picked 0 stars I would have. This is the worst dental place any one can go to or take your child to. My 2 daughters went there and ended up with so many problems after the fact that even their new dentist is not understanding why what was done was actually done!! They tried sending my older daughter to a surgeon to have tooth pulled and the surgeon said absolutely not..he didn't find any problem at all with it..it is VERY bad there!! Please don't put your kids through what my kids went through!!!! Stay clear ... read more

DO NOT GO THERE.. they will take your money. Destroy your mouth. Cause you major pain. And you will need to go to a new dentist and hope they can fix the damage honey o*** has done. You will spend thousands. You will be traumatized when she is done. They will not give you your money back. They won't call you back. They will put you on hold. And hang up on you. I’m a person that never complains about any thing or any one, but valley dental shouldn’t be up and running, I went in for tooth pain, ended up with 6 cavity’s when at first they said I only had two, they ended up breaking down 3 appointments so they could milk my insurance by doing two teeth at a time, and never fixed the primary issue, I’m still in pain, this happend in the beginning of 2023, now I can’t chew my bite is so off from the uneven fillings that it gives me anxiety cus I can chew rite at all, I read the reviews ... read more

Horrible Dentist!!!! first apt was an hour - second apt to do root canal I apparently needed, dentist was arguing with staff while drilling in my tooth and not watching what she is doing, numbed me up n waited too long then needed more needles, I asked her to do filling same day since I was right there, she refused n said I need to wait for another apt so I took more time off work for something she could have done same day. She let me leave with dental products all over my face, never told me I needed antibiotics til *******... read more

Terrible. Dentist rolls eyes constantly. Very BAD attitude. Every time I go to my appt with the dentist she comes up with an excuse not to work on my teeth and always makes me reschedule. Hands down! Every time! Also does TERRIBLE work on your teeth. Messes them up! She don’t know what she is doing! She is all about making money. She don’t care about her patients. Worse dentist office I ever been to! Had a very small chip on the bottom of my tooth and she couldn't even fix that right, it literally fell off a day later! I woke up with it in my mouth! Basic bonding procedure, I mean it's not rocket science. They schedule WAY too many people at once, during a pandemic even!!! You are literally being treated like farmed cattle in that place!!!
