I had the worst experience. Dr. Cantarella would not examine me, I was sent by the ER & my primary to see the OB for a hemorrhagic cyst. I was greeted by the Dr. Cantarella saying “as you can see we did not have you undress because there is no need for examination.” She said I didn’t look like I was green or white enough or look like someone who needs a blood transfusion and refused to examine me. RecommendedDismissive. I am still having major issues and instead of helping me “goto ER if you continue to bleed”….really? How about helping me. When I goto ER they say work with your OBGYN….so now I’m bleeding three months, worse after the ablation but Dr Cohen left on vacation after telling me “go live life you’ll be fine” - well I’m not fine. Now I wait a month to consult for next step? Dismissive. If I do goto ER again, I’ll let them know the ablation made me worse - there must be something wrong but I’m pushed off on the poor ER.

Are used to think this place was good. It’s gone way downhill. My daughters prescription was faxed over twice. It’s been over a week, and no one has gotten back to her or the pharmacy. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I don’t know what the heck is wrong with the nurse practitioner, but she’s not returning anyone’s calls or faxes.

After learning I was pregnant in late Feb and covid shutting everything down I had to suddenly change doctors and landed at VF OB/GYN. My first visit went well with Dr.Dennis but after that visit it was all down hill. Whenever I call the office the staff usually sounds bothered and are not very friendly. I had several visits where I was given wrong information and overall poor communication. I have been going to VF OB/GYN for 30 years, Dr Silverberg delivered 2 of my children and Dr Cohen delivered my other child, (1990,93 and 94) I loved this office, except for the very long wait for the Dr once in a room. About 7 years ago, I went in for my yearly checkup and paid $26.02 in the form of a check, which they cashed. Every single year since then, the billing dept said I still owed the $26.02.
