I'm suppose to start my birth control on Sunday called at the beginning of the week for them to send in a script they said they did but did not now I have to wait a whole month to start it because they couldn't do their job right so I called and demanded for them to get a hold of my doctor to send in the script considering the fact that it was THEIR MISTAKE/LAZZINESS and they refused to do so because it's "against their policy" is it against the policy to fail at doing your job correctly this is a joke and so are they. Absolute worst experience ever. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. This was my and my wife's first pregnancy, and no one there could be bothered to give us any information on what to do next or how it's to go. They kept screwing up all our appointments for what time they were and where to go. All the doctors we saw were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately we ended up losing the baby and we walked right past our doctor when we went in for the D&E and he didn't even recognize us. Worst of all, now that everything is a... read more
