Rick Nelson is the most trustworthy and efficient service write that Valley has on staff. He is my go to guy for sure.
I began using Valley Buick several years ago and loved the service. Over the last couple of years though, I feel the service is not what it used to be. The music that was playing in the bays was quite loud. They didn't have the air filter that I needed and all in all, I didn't feel like the service was all that it could be.
I couldn't find anything wrong with the friendly service as all of the people that I interfaced with were excellent at their jobs. Their service was fast and done right the first time.
