Great service great employees amazing atmosphere
Excellent service as expected.
I had to ask the service workers to check my lights and tire pressure. Also, I am now missing one of my caps that belong on my tire.
Rick in the service Department was great and looked up for Notices in the past that he remembered. When I picked up our Terrain, he said that he found the notice and repaired our Terrain. The Service Department and Mechanics are great @ Valley Buick GMC and I would recommend them to all friends as I have in the past.
PERFECT every time! The entire team was awesome especially Jimmy, he was very knowledgeable on the services needed on my vehicle.
My experience was awesome. Trucks oil was changed within minutes with a nice tire rotation. Truck runs great and the engine runs smooth. My starter also had to be changed. The starter failed internally but that problem is fixed.
Great work and in a short time. The only thing I didn't like was the price. Getting too high for old retired folks on SS only.
Work was quick and efficient. Cost was significantly cheaper by bringing our own oil and oil filter.
