Very nice and competent staff
Dr Martinez was great help, reviewed my condition and a suggested a plan to help me solve my apnea problem
I first visited valley sleep center in May 2014. At that time I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and receive my first CPAP machine. Fast forward 4 and a 1/2 years and my machine finally died. This was on Friday morning at 8 o’clock, and Valley sleep Center made sure that I got a new machine that very same day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
This was my first sleep study, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The technologist explained everything I'd need to know. He was super nice and helpful, adjusting the temperature in the room and making sure I was comfortable. The room itself was dark and quiet, so I was able to fall asleep. It wasn't the same as being at home, of course, but they do all they can to accomodate you. They'll be calling me soon for a follow-up to explain the results. Everyone is very professional and polite.
Good meeting with the nurse practitioner. Easy and quick to get consultation and then schedule sleep study.
Not too long wait time, courteous and efficient.
The follow up went well and I feel good about the care I am receiving. Thanks for having an awesome.e staff. They are always so sweet.
