I was treated with respect and everyone was nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great and clean.
My nurse was attentive and informative. Place was clean and comfortable.
good work-up and follow up. Felt “listened” to. Minor mix-up regarding a request was followed through on, clarified, and satisfactorly (sp?) resolved.
I was very nervous about coming and sleeping overnight for the sleep study. The staff was so very kind and helpful, they put me at ease, explained and help me get settled in. They were very attentive to me during the night hours as the study progressed. It turned out to be a great experience, instead of a fearful one.

Disappointed in follow-up of sleep study. The PA on the video call seemed in a hurry, talked quite fast, and didn’t give a clear picture of the next steps. Then I received a letter that I was being sent to a company on the opposite end of town for my CPAP supplies. That company has horrible reviews and many complaints at the BBB. I was told they were the only option, yet when I contacted my insurance, that wasn’t the case.
