My truck purchase at Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale AZ was a smooth experience! Michael Rybicki , my salesman was very professional and knowledgeable ! He explained the new technology package in my Colorado ZR2 where I could understand it completely!

The purchase process was great but, in the end, the finance company was not whom I had signed papers for and I have been trying to clarify with the dealership without a response from the salesman or the finance department.

The dealership was great. Everyone spoke to me. I just need the young sales reps to be more focused on the client versus getting the sale. He was very eager to make that sale and forgot to do small things such as open the door for me or walk ahead of me while talking to me. Overall the dealership did a great job with working with me. I love my chevy bolt EV.
