Matt and Carlos were very friendly. They treated with kindness and respect. Matt made the buying process easy. Carlos was able to get us through finance very quickly. I am impressed and have great respect for these two gentlemen. However, the sales manager was harsh, rude, and tried to flex on me. In the end, I walked out with a good, dependable car.
