Service for my car John Morris was my service advisor and was very responsive and kept me informed as to when my car was ready for pick up. He was great to work with.
Check Engine Light We stopped in at Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale when the Check Engine Light came on while on a work trip. Some sensor had gone faulty and was covered under the Diesel Powertrain Warranty. Upon attempting to leave, the truck decided to have another faulty sensor. That part was ordered and installed the following day while we waited. The service advisor, Cori, handled everything professionally and promptly.
Professional and courteous The waiting room is huge with refreshments . I had a free oil change so of course I would take it there. But I will return.
Great service as always My service adviser, John Hale, took care of my concerns, and got me back on the road in a reasonable time. He personally made sure that I was satisfied with the course of action taken, and the end result.
Relatively smooth and hassle free Any questions that we had were answered. Phone calls were returned. No pressure. Many of our dealings dealt with Robbie Michaels showing me all the features of the car, testing driving and involved with pricing. Bryan worked on finalizing the final deal including a fair price for our trade-in.
Amazing Dealership! The staff at Van Chevrolet truly went above and beyond to get me the type of vehicle I needed and wanted. Quickly Diagnosed and Treated My 2019 Traverse Premier with 2600 miles driven began to surge in 3rd gear and above. This matched the criticism in Consumers Reports. I received a phone call that afternoon and I was told that this problem was covered by a Tech Bulletin from Chevrolet. the solution was a software update and a change of the transmission fluid.
