Very efficient, friendly and thorough Our purchase of a new Chevrolet Equinox and trade in of our Chevrolet Truck were both handled in an efficient and friendly manner. In addition, we were offered discounts because of our Costco membership. Finally, we were also made aware of special service options and on star features which included the set up of the on star features in the vehicle. Great customer service throughout!
Service advisor Gabe was terrific. As well as service manage I want to thank Gabe for being one of the two best service people I have encountered in over 60 years. He and your service manager went out of their way to attend to my needs and made the service experience exceptional. I was additionally impressed With your use of Uber. Great service, kept me well informed on a difficult job Service contacted me with progress reports as needed and kept me updated on status on a job that took several days to complete. Very happy with the results. It was difficult for them to find the parts for my 1989 Corvette but they were able to handle all the challenges and return my car in great condition.
