Professional Assistance! After my son's truck was totaled, we had to deal with 2 insurance companies. What a nightmare. They didn't always give accurate information and often did not return calls. When we needed information regarding warranty and GAP insurance, we reached out to Van Chevrolet where he purchased the truck. Tyler was amazing in walking us through the process quickly and efficiently. We really appreciated his prompt attention to our situation.

Great Experience! I worked with Manny and he explained the issues with my truck and gave me a rental until my truck was fixed. This was over the New Years Holiday, so I was not stranded while my truck was being fixed.
My new LaCrosse December 15 I was involved in a collision. The other driver was at fault and caused my 2012 LaCrosse to be totaled.
