Great service reps Your service representatives are all we, the customer, ever really sees. If our experience is pleasant, that's all we can really expect. That, and service results, i.e. was the "problem" fixed? I personally go far out of my way to return my car for service at Van Chevrolet rather than a local dealer. How far, about 61 miles; I live in Florence. Over the last couple of years, I've dealt with three different reps, and each and every time I've been completely satisfied by the service and attention I receive. ... read more

Repair work for my Chevy Camaro. I was pleased with the quality of the work and repair to my 2010 SS Camaro. My service adviser had given a loaner vehicle to me for the three days needed to repair my car at no cost to me. My adviser; Kevin Martin, kept me informed each day on the progress of the repair. I have trusted Kevin in the service of my 2008 Corvette and continue to use his services in the care of my SS Camaro.
