Great Service Kevin in the service department always takes great care of me....my 2500 chevy truck needed routine maintenance and Kevin got me in and out in a timely manner.

My experience is always good at Van Chevrolet. My experiences I have with Van Chevrolet are always positive. My service advisor Scott Santos is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I always recommend Van Chevrolet to friends who are in the market for a new or used vehicle. I also highly recommend Service Advisor Scott Santos to friends who need service or repairs for their vehicles because I know he will treat them with respect and be as helpful with them as he is with me.

getting my old vet fixed The place was clean in mean clean . It was a joy to see the staff getting along so well. Coffee counter was cleaned and re organized every time a shuttle driver came back from a run. Not hard to understand that to problem my 2003 vet had would be fixed even though it was a hard one to nail down four hours in the waiting room and I was told it's fixed this was its third visit as I said it was a stubborn problem . Customer service I was treated very well by Jason in service. He took good care of my needs. I was at thorobred Chevrolet first because they are 5 minutes away from my home. But would make the drive to your shop again service was great

Great I came in to get completely new tires for my car. I requested they check the air in my spare and the service member (Kosta) made sure to add that to the rest of my service. Very pleased with the results after leaving the dealership.

Absolutely amazing! ! John Hale makes my experience amazing every single time! No matter what is wrong with my vehicle, what time of the week it is, he always is accommodating and gets my car in and out and gets everything taken care of quickly. He is always courteous, professional, and efficient. Even though I have moved and I'm no longer closest to that location, and there are closer locations, I still choose to drive 30 minutes to come there because I know John will take care of my vehicle best.
