Service Dept. The people in the service dept. have always been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Great service and always fast service. The GM, Smiley, also has a 5 star rating with me. I would go back to him for my next car.

First Service Van Chevrolet made our first service on our 2016 Chevrolet Silverado a very pleasant experience. They supplied us with a vehicle to use for shopping while they serviced our truck. They went the extra mile to fix a rattle we were hearing when it turned out to be our side step by tightening a bolt. My husband is a disabled Vet so this was great.
Great service. David was professional, kind and very helpful. I can't thank him enough for his service. I arrived at Van Chevrolet, my door was opened for me, was asked what my visit was for and treated with kindness.
