Great customer service! John Hail and Clint Jarvis took really good care of my truck and keeping me updated. There was really no hassle in my part other than having to bring truck in. But because of John and Clint I will continue to go to Van's even though I live closer to other Chevy dealerships.

regular maintanance and look at problem . everyone was so helpful, I am a single mom and fosterparent, they provided me with a vehicle at no charge which was so helpful. Tim kept me well informed with what was going on .
Service of vehicle The work performed was done in a timely fashion. Clint kept me up-to-date on all the work the needed to be performed-very courteous.
Service experience at Van's The last 2 times I have had my in for service you have a list of things you check but checking the tire pressure doesn't seem to be one of them. I took it to Big O Tires after both times and my left rear tire needed air both times. It would seem a simple thing to check while you are doing the other.
