It was a very shady experience. Went in just to look at a 2003 Tahoe with 70k miles. Salesperson(Austin) would not let me leave because he had a bunch more appointments to look at same vehicle. I put $1000 down payment on vehicle and was going to bring $2000 more cash. I just got a call today telling me they found something wrong with the transmission and Tahoe was sent to auction. Very high pressure sales. Was told I have other options to look at but was never given the opportunity to see those optional trucks.

But a vehicle with major paint peeling threw out the body was shown to me at night asked to get it fixed they offered to fix small areas with a paint pen. An these areas where there is paint are bad. The truck smelled like pure cigarette smoke. Made me feel bad because they purchased the truck for me an if I didnt move forward they was more worried bout losing money on the truck

Salesman Anthony Lopez also excellent. Yet after first vehicle lasted 12 days and setting up for second purchase had issues on treatment when attempting to purchase second vehicle.This is when Mikaela stepped in and made things right.

I didn't want to leave even one star for this review because of the HORRIBLE sales department at Van GMC. I ordered a 2026 GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate to be built from the factory so I could use my Family & Friends GMC Discount. I really wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt and let them resolve the issue I am having but they are still giving me the run around for almost a month now. I bought a used car that had undisclosed damage, the driver door had been keyed. Horrible service department. Do your self a favor and DO NOT purchase a GMC or any vehicle from here!! Service sucks!!! They want to hold your vehicle for a minimum of two days if you need to run a diagnostic. One of the front managers said I challenge you to find a dealer in the valley that is different.
