John Morris took all of our information by phone and set the appointment then met me after checking in at the dealership. He verified all of the work order items and told me he would call when the car was finished. John is a very personable and friendly employee that we have had as our Van contact for several years. I like the consistancy.

Our car had an engine light on so we took it in. The part needed was on back order. When Matt determined it was likely several weeks out he worked with us to get in tough with GMAC and help for the interim. He was very persistent for us and did a great job of listening to our frustration. Have car back now and are very happy with how he handled our situation:)!! Thank you Matt!!
