Shawn the service writer was good. I will continue to call him for service. I drive the car for 6 months then park for 6. I came in for a service and wanted the AC diagnosed and repaired along with the service. Bottom line I had to return several weeks later because the service dept could not find the time to diagnose the issue during the service appt. I returned the car on a Monday and the car was diagnosed and repaired on a Friday. The AC works fine. Upon pickup I learned that there would be an added 40 dollar fee for a cr... read more
