Have bought several trucks from Mike and Tom and have to say those guys have always been great to deal with. I usually enjoy visiting the dentist more than a car dealership, but the guys at Van are super friendly, honest, and reliable. Had an issue with a new 2025 Yukon and they were both more than helpful with getting it resolved quickly and fairly. I plan on staying with Van as long as Mike and Tom are around.

I was very happy and rated @ 99% . few days later I was caught off guard I got a call from guy named JALEN ,I think a sales manager. Saying WHY DID YOU GIVE ME A BAD SURVEY YOU COST ME $2500! wow I was lost for words for a moment and had to try and explain that I was happy with Franco, Ahmad etc.tried hard to remember exactly how I wrote my survey and wondering why he thinks I rated them poorly when I didn't?
