Ron found a used vehicle to my specs and price range very quickly. The wait time to get it was rather long, and we received no paperwork. The finance man wouldn't stop pressuring about us buying a warranty so we walked, however Ron and his brother made things right and got us back. Car is missing a cap for the windshield wiper fluid. But the personalization from Ron and his ability to make things great made our experience very good!
