The reason for the less then 5 star rating-is -It took over 4 hours to have an oil change. The dealership did set up an Uber ride to pick me ip and return me to my car which is a very nice part of service.

I was told the service was gonna take several hours and asked if I would like a ride back to my house which I accepted and they called Uber and had a driver there immediately when the truck was finished the Uber driver pick me up at my home, drove me back to the dealership and dropping me off at the service department. The service manager told me because it was my first service. There was no charge. I was treated very well and the service was done perfectly thank you Van's GMC. I'll be back.
