Matt at van chevrolet is always so helpful and doesn't try to push me to getting things done. He let's me know what my vehicle needs due to the mileage. From there let's me pick what I want or do not want to do. No huggling!

The repair and other maintenance on my car was top notch! Car now up to date with all maintenance. The assistant service manager, John, is wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful! On a bad note, my car was at the dealership for 7 days waiting to be repaired a water pump! The dealership used to offer Uber/Lyft service, and they would take you home or to work. The Uber/Lyft would also pick you up when the car was ready! The dealership paid for it! The dealership cancelled it!! It really made a negative experience for me and cause... read more

Tried to get the first free service. Didnt have an available time for 2 weeks. Service advisor said bring it in and I will take care of you. That he did. Out in 2 hrs. Nice job
