My sales rep Spencer was amazing! He was efficient and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision within a half an hour. This was especially important since I live in California and the dealership is in Arizona.. The great Support continued as I worked with Carlos in finance for the final documents and payment.

Every person I encountered at the dealership was friendly and courteous, the bathrooms were clean. If I were to nitpick one thing it would be the chairs in the Chevy side, specifically the cubby right near the yellow Z06 looked like it had been hit by a grenade, I felt bad for the finance guy who had to sit in it. Overall, undoubtedly my best experience with a dealership ever!

Dealership was not very honest with me on the papers I was signing. I took the car home and. A week later, they called me back and told me that they needed me to sign more papers knowing that I came there was no papers for me to sign. They spot on told me that I didn’t get approved for the car when I signed a bunch of papers, they said that I also was given a preapproval. It didn’t mean that I got approved for the car.
