We purchased a brand-new 2026 Chevy Equinox Saturday night and while we were excited about the vehicle itself, the buying experience was disappointing. The warranty that was promised and explained to us in the finance office was not the warranty we later received in the paperwork, and the numbers/terms didn’t match what was discussed.
