Sales rep, Shannon Hendon, was terrific. Entire process went smoothly, in particular the orientation to the new vehicle. She was extremely helpful and responsive to questions throughout and even after delivery.

Dealing with the Sales staff was fine on this very straight forward sale, but the finance department seems to be another story.

This dealership is top-notch; a high bar that should set a standard for other dealerships to follow. It is clean and bright with plenty of comfortable chairs and amenities. Restrooms are tidy and smell great. There are plenty of staff members and they work as a team; friendly with customers and each other.
