The initial experience wasn’t the best, I got a 18 year old kid, I’m assuming because I looked young and naive, which definitely wasn’t the case, I was ready to get up an leave for he lack of care, then after me saying something about the experience Mike, I’m guessing the deal closing manager came by and sat down with me and we went through some numbers, I decided to stay, then after I picked a vehicle I got to work with Kenneth in finance, although it was a pleasant experience I ended up paying way more with some added pack... read more

We purchased a brand-new 2026 Chevy Equinox Saturday night and while we were excited about the vehicle itself, the buying experience was disappointing. The warranty that was promised and explained to us in the finance office was not the warranty we later received in the paperwork, and the numbers/terms didn’t match what was discussed. We also left without receiving any documentation regarding the warranty, my old license plate or any registration paperwork.
