I have bought/leased several cars from van. The sales approach/process is absolutely exhausting, interacting w multiple people, bickering over price, etc. my most recent experience was with Michael Rybecki as the contact person & was the first positive experience I’ve had at van. The only drawback, which has nothing to do w him, is a check owed to me that I’m still waiting on. I’ve had to call Michael several times about the status as he’s the only van person who responds.
