DJ our salesman was very helpful and will to show us multiple vehicles. The financial department was helpful as we had to get back to our puppies. Quicker than when we paid cash at another dealer.

I had been looking for a late model, low mileage, three row SUV for about two weeks. I had already reviewed vehicles at three other dealers and everyone of them had add on items before the final price was quoted. I told them I didn't want the add ons. One of the dealers told me it is already installed, you have to take it.
