Service advisor keep me informed. No promised dates were achieved. Took three days to advise of problem by the technician. 2 weeks to complete the repairs which was promised would be ready within the week waiting on the part.

The people are friendly and the waiting room is comfortable and spacious. I brought my Trailblazer ACTIV in for its first oil change and in my opinion 2 hours is an extremely long time to wait especially since the appointment was scheduled in advance.

The service team, John and Malik, as well as Kim who schedules loaner vehicles, all did a wonderful job answering my questions. I was not pleased with the decisions that GM has made regarding the way services are scheduled and no loaner vehicles (or very few) are available. Having no qualified technicians to do repairs on weekends forces customers to drop off their car during the week, which of course interferes with mist people!s job demands which makes an already stressful more stressful.
