The service team, John and Malik, as well as Kim who schedules loaner vehicles, all did a wonderful job answering my questions. I was not pleased with the decisions that GM has made regarding the way services are scheduled and no loaner vehicles (or very few) are available. Having no qualified technicians to do repairs on weekends forces customers to drop off their car during the week, which of course interferes with mist people!s job demands which makes an already stressful more stressful.

Jon, the Service Advisor was great! Professional, courteous, personable and he kept me informed. I appreciated the great customer service from everyone at Van.
