Kim Kloth got me a loaner and Malik took excellent care of me. The whole experience from start to finished was excellent. That's why I go to Van Cadillac every time there are very friendly and they take care of you. Very professional and they do a great job.
The work was done and the car delivered as promised
Very accommodating sales team; straight-shooting! Associate Tim Barney picked me up from the MCI Airport, giving me the opportunity to test drive the XT5. No snow-job finance team; not overly pushy! Another associate Allysa took the time to explain and demonstrate all the main features especially the different drive modes. That and more made my 235-mile drive home so pleasant I strongly recommend Van Cadillac as a premier dealership!

I am not happy with the car that was GIVEN to I didn't pick this car I thought I was going to see cars for senior I was told they had senior deal I was lure out to a big manipulate process I am 70 years old I think they took advantage I didn't pick I was manipulate into something l couldn't see coming they did my paper work didn't tell that I need to know the is way out of my league to fast they didn't let me pick what I could afford mess up my finances I didn't know who
