My experiences at VCCS were positive each time I brought my car in. Everyone was very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. My car was repaired, and I have not had any problem. The service people were very helpful and made sure that my car was washed and cleaned inside.

Service guys at Van Cadillac do a great job. Customer service is clearly a priority. My car was both serviced and repaired and returned to me spotless! Highly recommend. Perhaps dealer service is a tad higher than Walmart or ... but you get what you pay for.
