Kim was awesome. I appreciate her. I got new tires and a serpentine belt all good except the person who changed the tires didn't put back the valve caps also left all and I MEAN ALL THE PPE, paper, and plastic covering for the seat in the car upon pickup. It's an Acura, not a Cadillac or a Subaru, NO EXCUSE. I bought this car from them. Speculating better service next year. KIM THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO FOR LIZ AND I
