Yes Tyler Busell was excellent! Yes Tyler Busell was excellent! I got an appointment within 2 days and the car was serviced for 7,000 miles. I was disappoointed that I was charged for the service because it was past one year. I misunderstood the offer when we bought the car. Overall good experience at Vans and Tyler was polite, knowledgeable and efficient.
