At 12:30 p.m. I called and left a message inquiring if my car was ready to be picked. 0 Star : My Experience I'm waiting to hear back from my insur (and from Van's) in re to an issue with my car. Maybe some people appreciate the daily 'uplifting' emails you send out re how much you love my car however I see it as sales bullshit and found it patronizing. Not one word about what you were finding wrong with my car or what was being done to fix it until I actually drove there and questioned the mechanic.
