After a week of repairs, I have another scratch that I know they will claim was already there! My vehicle went down in value thanks to the service team. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality First time I went to pick it up they forgot to detail the interior. There was food and stains all over the car. The next time I came to get it one tire had chunks of rubber missing and the sunroof was not rewired. The third time I went to get the car the radio antenna was not working. 0 Star : My Experience The repair process was approximately one month long and I had to keep the rental car longer than anticipated. The person I was working with was very poor on responding to emails as well as phone calls which prompted me to have to stop into the dealership on three occasions to find out the status.
