Sales manager Darius was 10+ and our sales agent Ava was exceptional. I got an amazing deal on my trade in. Loved the location in the heart of a historic city square. If I could add unicorns and rainbow to this text I would. I hate buying car. I've had bad experiences befor. This time there was no sneaky sales tactics, double talk or pressure.

Van Hyundai has been terrific ever since I purchased my second Sonata from them early last year. Chris is my current service advisor, has treatment me with courtesy and provided me with the necessary information regarding my current service.

New Service Manager, Chuck, was very condescending and rude. I was calling about a Safety Recall, he could have explained it in a better way, being a manager. The recall fix has not been issued, but it is a important safety recall that states your car could catch on fire. His response was, " #1, this has only happened 3 times in the whole world, so the likely hood that it will happen to you is low, #2, We will not pay for you a rental to drive around while we wait on the recall."
