Good! Tom did a great job - it was an very easy experience and did not take a ton of time. I don't like that I have to write something in this box much less that it has to be a certain length.
Great Customer Service I had an easy time with the test drive and ultimately the purchase of my new Sonata. I walked in with a pre-approved loan that would take some back and forth with the bank potentially taking days to finalize the purchase. They were able to find financing that not only got my monthly payment lower than my bank's pre-approved loan, I drove off the lot with my new car in 2 hours, not 2 days.

Love my new sante fe Love my new car, loved my salesman. It was my first time buying a car without help but this salesman made it easy. I made contact over an Internet ad for a pre-owned vehicle but Steve told me about new models I could get for a comparable price. He made the whole process easy.
Customer Care Concerns The staff really believes in taking care of the customer. I first went to see if I could ge something to lower my payments and when I couldn't I let the guys know that I believe they did all that they could but it wasn't within my budget so I thank them and left because due to have to complete my chemo treatment I missed the deal to get in this one car by one day because the offer ended on the day before.
