I came in to look for a new car, with a specific one in mind. Called in at eleven and asked if I could drive it at noon. This was arranged without any hassle. I went back after work, with the intent to buy the car. My only complaint is not with the service, but with the equipment they have to use in the dealer. Van Hyundai could use some PC upgrades, and a better internal network. Someone mentioned they're using WiFi for their network. Purchased a 2010 Elantra Touring new from this dealership and have taken it back religiously for maintenance and warranty work ever since. I've never had a bad experience. Regarding the $125.00 "Warranty" charge another reviewer complained about (and by the way, it's not their fault you (the reviewer) had to drive "45 minutes" to get there): My recent trip to the dealership involved a potential warranty issue and I too was quoted the $125.00 "diagnostic" fee. My employment was recently transferred from San Francisco to Carrollton, TX. After not owning a car for 32 years, I was concerned with purchasing a new car. My experience with Van Hyundai was an exceptional experience. I was treated with great respect and kindness. I was offered beverages by almost everyone that walked past me. My salesperson, Anthony Calvin, was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had with great confidence. His manager Josh Kubicki was just as helpful and kind. My expierence was great! Bruce in sales went out of his way to ensure our purchase was a great onu e and I am very pleased with his professionalism and willingness to meet our needs. CJ and David helped with vehicle and trade for a really great deal. We stopped @ Van first on our search and couldn't get them out our heads all day. We found similar vehicles at other dealerships but not the friendly service. Just had to go back to Van b/c they had what we wanted in selection, price and people.
