I understand everyone needs to have a job, but have a back up job if you plan on working here. When you get hired they will promise you things and not follow through. I was hired to do the weekend program. I was told during classroom orientation that I would have punch as (R2), once I get on the floor. Two weeks into me being on the floor, I get an email that I dont get (R2) because I'm "on orientation ". Their orientation is a joke at best. Thank goodness I'm came in as an experienced Nurse. Well I brought my dad a pair of sweatpants and 2 sweatshirts along with $16 in instant lottery tickets to Encompass Health (Van Matre Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital) on Tuesday and gave to the lady at the desk and ask if I should write his name and/or room# on it and she said no, I'll make sure it gets to him. Instead they delivered it to another guy that's since been released to another facility! ‍ Can't trust anyone anymore!!

Well I brought my dad a pair of sweatpants and 2 sweatshirts along with $16 in instant lottery tickets to Encompass Health (Van Matre Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital) on Tuesday and gave to the lady at the desk and ask if I should write his name and/or room# on it and she said no, I'll make sure it gets to him. Instead they delivered it to another guy that's since been released to another facility! ‍ Can't trust anyone anymore!!

I give the physical therapy department 5 stars. Dan is top notch. Expect a 20 minute wait if you push your call button overnight. The overnight crew is either short staffed, inattentive, or both. They have a few very good people giving the best care they can considering resource limitations. Had to submit a request to get a non-broken wheelchair for my dad so that he could elevate his leg after full knee replacement surgery. It took 24 hours to get a different chair.
