seamless Based off the reviews I was hesitate about going to this dealership. Needless to say all that changed. This was a seamless buying experience. My salesperson was Marvin and he did an excellent job.
best car buying experience I have ever had Easy experience, got the best price right away, no going back and forth. Whole thing done over the phone. I went in, was greeted by my salesperson right away, it took him 5 minutes to locate exactly what I wanted and arrange to have it brought there. Pickup was also great, I was treated like a queen
Great job I was very happy with my dealings with this dealership. Although it did take me several minutes to find someone to assist me, I much prefer that to your typical dealership, where a salesman pounces on you the moment you set foot on the lot. Perfect Car Purchasing Experience We recently purchased a 2012 Subaru Outback Limited from Van Subaru in Kansas City. 2011 Subaru Forester Premium I was very satisfied with the way this dealership handled my purchase. They immediately sent me an email reply late on a Sunday, even after the dealership was closed. They beat the other two quotes I received online and were very professional. I was in and out of the dealership in a jiffy with my new 2011 Forester. It was an enjoyable experience from the sales team to the Finance Department.
AS IS Means Your Loss You had better look over your vehicle and have the shop wash it, because even though they point out a minor chip in your trade in's windshield, they will refuse to do anything about the 15 plus chips in your windshield or 15 plus chips in your hood once your get it home and wash the car. I really wanted to give Van a chance to redeem themselves of everything I had heard about them. NEVER GOING BACK The upped the price of the car but said they would sell it to me for the price I had screenshot 2 or 4 days earlier. Agree on a price and we sign the agreement as does the sales manager to be told buy another person that we have to pay $598 for an optional service they had already done on the car. Wanted the car because it was a Subaru certified used car. Tires were bald on the outside. Dealership would only change them out if I paid another $800. I made a comment about the value of the car.
