I recently took my 2023 Subaru Ascent to Van Subaru due to a dead battery. They completed a drawdown check on the battery, confirmed that it had a bad cell and replaced it under warranty. Very satisfied with the service Rick Lindsey provided.

I had a 2016 Subaru Forester XT Touring. It was totaled, head on wreck at 55mph. I'm still alive, we HAD to buy another Subaru Forester. My previous car was maintained by Van Subaru and because of their customer service is why we went there to buy a new Subaru which is wher it will be serviced.
Can’t imagine any Service department in the automobile industry to be Any More helpful, responsive & cordial. I’ve never experienced this in more than 50 years of driving an automobile! Kudos to Corey-sales associate & Carla- MySubaru Service coordinator!
