Really enjoyed working Kasi Abbott she really helped the process go very smoothly.
Was ok but you require a little to much information for someone with excellent credit. 2 years tax returns, and tax transcripts they both have the same info, a P&L, and a balance sheet. Just seems a little much to me but over all a fair experience!
Everything was handled in a very professional way. I was kept updated on progress and all questions I had were answered promptly. My experience with Ms. Robbie was friendly, caring and very pleasant. Great job!

I was having trouble. (IRS) Vanderbilt still gave me a chance and a great rate. Could not have done this home purchase without their help... I went straight home and burnt all my Superman comic books. They are my new heroes
Overall everything worked out ok, did take a little longer than we were really expecting but the team back in processing was very helpful in working with the selling agent on the property to make sure we got an extension on the lot and able to get closed. I did notice that originally when I started this process I was going to have 90 days to first payment. Ended up having to reapply and at close it does not appear that is the case anymore.
You all are great! We are first time home buyers, and the process was easy. Our mortgage will be cheaper than what we pay in rent! Wow!...You all gave me a chance when no one else would, and now you all have given my family our first home. I will forever be grateful to you and all the hands that had a part in it.
