The experience at the beginning seemed great, but the process took WAY TOO LONG! Our advisor did not communicate well with us and was very slow. I understand it’s a busy time, but I would speak with another advisor and they got it done right then and answered my phone call. After we were approved it moved more quickly and smoother.

Everyone whom I’ve spoken with concerning our home loan have been really nice and very professional. This is our very first home purchase so of course I didn’t understand how everything works or is supposed to go but they answer all of my questions thoroughly and helped me to understand the whole process all the way through and they made me feel more confident in going forward with them in this process.
