Closing was easy. Communication during process was good when it happended (I think covid delayed call backs) All in all, good

Good all was great
The overall experience was good. Comments regarding staff - some friendlier than others, and do not always return phone calls even when I called multiple times. The interest rate is high. I believe the company could do better by poor individuals who are struggling to purchase a home. Why charge a large interest rate and make monthly payments high for individuals who have very little in the first place. It seems that good credits ratings go unrewarded for the poor. My observation.
