From day one you all have been by my side ensuring me with all new updates and details it has been by far a great experience I will recommend you all to anyone
The team members were friendly but it was always a struggle to get ahold of anyone. If they call you you had better pick up because even if you call right back it will go to voicemail and you won’t hear back for up to a week. We were held back by weeks because of an issue with our land survey. I had asked over and over what was causing the delay and Vanderbilt would only tell me the title company was still waiting on information.
