They have been wonderful from the beginning of the loan process. It did not stop there! Unfortunately, I had an employment situation that left me without a job for over four weeks. Kristie and Melanie worked with me on my loan to prevent making a challenging situation worse. I can not recommend them enough. I typically do not take the time to leave reviews. However, I felt they needed to be recognized for all their help.
My experience was just as it was in 1989 when I purchased the Summerville model from you. Only difference was I was able to pay cash for it instead of getting a mortgage. Very happy to do business with you again. Everyone was respectful at all times.

Upon the passing of my father, my brother and I have assumed the responsibility of his estate. The only bill he left behind was a mortgage payment with Vanderbilt. Luckily, every single time I have had questions or have not known what to do, Vanderbilt has been there. I came home today from work and my heart sank as there was a notice to call Vanderbilt and I knew I was 3 payments behind due to a large reduction in income and a car wreck.
